The hotel proved to be a great value for money as it offered no-frills accommodation at an affordable price. The rooms were basic but clean, with functional amenities like a working AC and a clean and comfortable bedding. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, willing to assist with luggage despite the lack of an elevator. One of the highlights was the included breakfast next door, which was described by a previous guest as "very good!
All was satisfactory and met our expectations.

Breakfast was very good
It is not okay, that the reception stuff recommanded to book a jungle tour by a man, named Thomas Armstrong. I just booked the speedboat ticket and had troubles with him. I recommend you not to follow the advice of the stuff and not to make any business with him. You can find more complaints about him in the internet.

The hotel is situated close to the historic center, giving easy access to the narrow streets with vendors and shops. Location also affords proximity to the harbor and the Opera. Some pastries and decent breakfast are served to guests in the morning.
The hotel rooms may need better maintenance as guests have reported encountering bugs, spiders, broken curtains, and uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Additionally, the location in a shopping district is a major advantage, allowing guests easy access to various amenities.

Great location close to main attractions and shopping mall. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning and helpful amenities like a fridge and a safe. It was perfect for our budget-friendly city break with family.
The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of renovation. the Wi-Fi connection was not always reliable and could be slow at times.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the tasty breakfast provided. The hotel's location was convenient, being within walking distance of key tourist attractions. the staff were helpful and accommodating.
The hotel lacks modern amenities and the rooms are a bit basic and outdated. The noise level from the surrounding area was disruptive at times, and the overall cleanliness of the neighborhood could have been better.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Manaus and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices for a double room were incredibly affordable, especially considering the excellent breakfast that was included. The hotel staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location in a shopping district was ideal for exploring the city.
All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.
